Your details are used for one purpose only: to read and respond to your enquiry. We rely on your consent, given by ticking the consent box on the form, as the lawful basis for processing under the DPDP Act, 2023. We will not use your data for any unrelated purpose without asking you first.
4. How it is handled and stored
When you submit the form, your message is sent over an encrypted connection to our email inbox (contact@rythuvanam.com) and a confirmation copy is sent to you. The website itself does not store your data in any database, browser storage, or log. Your enquiry then lives in our email system, protected by our provider's security and our access controls.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. It is handled by our email service provider acting as a Data Processor on our behalf. We share data otherwise only where required by law.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to address your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, after which it is deleted. You may ask us to erase it sooner (see your rights below).
7. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Request correction or completion of inaccurate data;
- Request erasure of your data;
- Withdraw your consent at any time;
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of incapacity; and
- Raise a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved.

8. Children's data
This site and form are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect the personal data of children without verifiable parental consent.
